I bought a fireplace direct vent gas and had it installed this summer (Napoleon bgd36cf) first turned me today and burn a lot of smoke. I turned it off and waited a while and then turned back. after 5 minutes There was a little smoke. Although not as much. He was still there after about 15 minutes, so I turned it off. I thought it may be normal burn-off " but I was surprised how much and how long it lasted. I realized that the handle of the cup on the top right is not closed padlock. It plugs into the glass but not "adjustment" as the bottom closed. glass is still very comfortable – i "d be surprised if this was the problem that no one has experince with this?
Your question seems a matter of crystal alignment. However, the thing should definitely be watched smoke. Some smoke with new records would be normal, but with I always want the durability to review it. It sounds like your air fuel ratio may be incorrect. Call the company that installed or your local gas company and to have them checked. You could be emitting carbon monoxide in your home some nasty.
